"Squire" Rosemary & Garlic Salami

Squire salami is a type of cured sausage that is flavoured with rosemary and garlic. It is a popular variety of salami that combines the aromatic and earthy flavours of rosemary with the pungent and savoury taste of garlic.
To make rosemary and garlic salami, ground pork is typically mixed with various spices, including salt, black pepper, and paprika. Dried Rosemary and Garlic are added to the mixture to infuse it with their distinct flavours. The meat mixture is then stuffed into casings and left to cure and age for a minimum three weeks, allowing the flavours to develop and the sausage to become firm.
